Ok, so I have to tell you to stay away from private residences. But that's because we here at this website cannot be responsible in any way for the actions you take on someone else's property. This is a historic home, There is nothing out of the ordinary about stopping by to take some photos, but It is technically illegal to disturb the occupants of private property without any reason at all. However, a friend and I did muster up the balls to ask the people in the house if we could take some photos. Well, they ended up not answering the door, so we took photos of the porch, while we were on it. Please DO NOT DO THAT. You will be arrested, and we don't want to see that happen. Most locations, go ahead, take photos, whatever. But this is an extremely exclusive neighborhood and more than likely you will have the police or a private security guard on you in a matter of minutes. You've been warned!
This location is a PRIVATE RESIDENCE! DO NOT DISTURB OCCUPANTS!

The Driving directions above will drop you at the south end of Hillcrest on S. Oak Knoll ave. Use the map above! Lake Ave cuts across the 210 Freeway. Take that S and it becomes Oak Knoll.
