The Pohatchee Drive-In, Indian & Cavalry, and the Horse Team pulling the DeLorean scenes were all filmed here, in Monument Valley, Utah. Actually part of the Navajo Nation, this location is unique in the fact that it is protected, and the actual spot on the valley floor is inaccessible by the standard tourist. It is, however, possible to spot the locale from the roads that lead through the park. We are currently working on gaining access to this location via 4x4 and getting some snapshots, as well as locals who may remember filming.
